An Italian Christmas Eve

Every year we go over to Taylor's parents for Christmas Eve. Brad always fills up on the antipasta even before we eat our yummy Italian dinner. We open great presents and just spend an enjoyable time watching the kids play and visit.

Kayla and Keegan already to go to dinner.

Christmas Eve Morning

Brad and Kayla kept bugging me to open up presents. This year I decided that we would have a tradition of getting a new pair of pj's to wear on Christmas Eve. So, that's the gift they got to open, including me and Keegan. Once they were done it started all over again. Can we open up something else. So, I let Kayla, Keegan and Brad open up one more gift. They got to choose which present there were going to open.

Excited they convinced me... Doesn't take much to twist my arm.

It looks as though Keegan was a little leary to open his present thinking he might get into trouble. Especially, since we have been trying to get him to stay clear of the wrapped gifts under the tree.

All done opening up his cute Let it Snow Pj's. He is styling right now in his Santa Pj's that I found new in my Christmas box. It was like, I was meant to have a boy this year.

Going over to help sissy open up her second gift. Keegan got new plastic plates.

Kayla modeling her pink stylish vest. She has been wanting this Oh so bad!!

The Ineck Family Christmas

Grandma thinks of everything. This year with the box of gifts came a Gingerbread Tree decorating kit and another box full of cookie cutters, icing and cookie decorating items. Kayla loves new little projects to do. Here she is busy getting the tree prepared to show it off at the Ineck Christmas dinner tonight.

Look at how fabulous the final product turned out. Great job Kayla!!

The Ineck Christmas party was held at our house this year. We ate a yummy prime rib dinner, but put a BIG delay on dessert since we were all stuffed. Instead we started to open presents. Each year everyone buys stockings for each other then we rotate names of a single person who we buy for. Kayla was excited because she was apart of the adult gift exchange instead of being a kid. All of the kids of course had fun playing with the bows and wrapping paper, never mind the presents.

Keegan loves playing with all of the bows and ribbons.

Brady loved hanging out with his cousin Kayla. She just laughed at how he would always back up onto her lap.

Grace opening up her pack of PJ's. Who would have guess that she would be wearing them later when her daddy wasn't quick enough changing her diaper. Sorry, too slow Matt.

Look at Me!!!

Keegan's newest trick.

With Keegan becoming more moblile, we are finding ourselves needing to watch his every move. However, we haven't been able to catch each and every fall... It seems as though each day forward we find new bumps and bruises. Here's one of his big goose eggs on his forehead from hitting the coffee table. OUCHY!!!

Nothing a little cool teething ring can't take care of.

What a messy little eater I have. The second I put the food in his mouth he decided to tilt his head up and blow raspberries.

Lookin cool in dad's hat

I love this photo!!!! You happy, messy faced boy...

Last Day in Winnipeg

Thanks Jade for allowing us to share your room during our trip. Keegan loves all of the toys you shared, bought and sent home with us. It sure was nice finally getting to meet you and visit with you and your mom.

Jade and her angel build a bear elephant. Jill and Jade shop the Build a Bear Workshop frequently.

Our last day in Winnipeg was spend with my friend Tamra. Keegan met his new friend, Puff the kitten. Tamra's new addition to the family. She will also be having another addition next year. Congratulation!!! Puff was being very tolerant of Keegan chasing him all over the kitchen. It was so much fun to watch the two of them together.

Happy Halloween

On Halloween day they had trick or treating at Kildonan Place Shopping Mall. That's where I used to be a mall rat. I thought it would be cute to dress Keegan up in his Giraffe costume to go get some CANDY, CANDY, CANDY.

Keegan not to impressed with what's going on!!!

What the heck is going on here!!

Cheese!!!

GRRR GRRR!!

SLURP, SLURP

Jill, Jade, Keegan and I all ventured out to go Trick or Treating. It was fun, since Jill and I used to go trick or treating as kids together in this area. We were only out for a half hour, but got TONS of candy. YUMMY for us!!!

The Forks

Jill, Jade, Keegan, my mom and I all went to the Forks. The Forks is a tourist attraction area in Winnipeg where the Red River meets up with the Assiniboine River. There are tons of shops, restaurants, and live entertainment. There is also a walking path that is along both rivers to take a stroll or bike ride. We took advantage of a little exercise that day. In the winter when the water freezes it becomes an ice skating park.

Who turned out the lights?

Out enjoying the fresh air

Trying to get Jill and Jade together for a picture. Jade isn't interested. She is having to much fun climbing and jumping off the edges of the walkway.

A Day at the Terry's

Keegan finally had the blessed opportunity to meet my second family, Flo and Del. He got tons of hugs and kisses. Of course, there was a huge gift bag for him to open and toys to play with.

Maybe he will be a football player when he grows up. Looks like he has handling the ball down pat.

Flo always goes all out for Halloween. Keegan had fun looking at all of the animated bats, vampires and witches that she had displayed. He wasn't to sure what to think when we pressed the buttons to make them talk and move. Just a little hesitant. They were a little freaky. However, he loved this vibrating, singing ghost that sang a Halloween song. He just got this huge smile on his face that didn't go away until the song ended. Even when at home now we play it and he smiles as big as ever.

Grandma getting more snuggle time in.

Keegan's favorite part of the day was hanging out with papoos. He really didn't want to go to anyone else at times. He loved Del carting him all around and showing him new things. The only problem is that he weights a ton and your arms get pretty tired of holding him.

All worn out...

I'm so proud of you...
