Papa's Farm

One Sunday, Brad, Keegan and I took a trip out to papa's farm. The word was out that he had a baby calf that needed to be bottle fed. Well with me being a city girl and all, I have never had the opportunity to do this, so we made the visit for Keegan and I to feed the baby calf.

Awe, what a cutie!!

Checking out the calf.

Brad picking up right where he left off.

Papa bringing more hay for the cows.

Playing around and having a blast!!

Keegan's first ride on a tractor. You couldn't get him out of it afterwards.

The cows in the pasture. I love this view.

Momma and Keegan feeding the baby calf.

It was so fun and what an experience.

Of course, Mr. Independent had to do it all by himself.
Thanks Papa Thomas for such a fun filled evening and for a great dinner. XOXO

Bubble Bubbles Bubbles

Keegan loves anything having to do with bubbles. Whenever he has the opportunity to go outside, his bubbles have to go with. To help with spillage, I found this bubble gun. Needless to say it only lasted a couple of days before it quite working.

He's a bubble machine.

Gotcha!!

The bubbly grass.

Hours of entertainment!!

It's Official

Brad wanted to prove that the US can still score on the Canadians, so he did and look where it got us.....
Look who gets to be a BIG brother!!!

Image from the first ultrasound. Looks like a little Devil to me from the shot. Maybe another boy then or will it be a girl?

Easter

Easter dinner was spent at our house this year with Brad's dad and siblings. Brad made a great turkey. It was like Thanksgiving dinner just a few months early. Earlier that morning I hid some eggs around the house for an egg hunt for the kids but before my very eyes, Keegan found all 18 eggs that I had hidden and placed them in the entertainment center. Didn't think he would pick up on it that quick, but never underestimate a 2 year old. Instead of placing the eggs throughout the house. Brad did an Easter egg hunt outside for Keegan and Grace.

All of the eggs strategically placed to be found.
Keegan refilling his basket after loosing a couple of eggs as he went down the small grade in the backyard.
Look at all of those eggs. Wonder what's inside?

Grace decided the best way to keep track of her eggs was to just hold on to them. That way it prevented them from falling out of her basket every couple of minutes as she scurried for more.

Thought it would be fun to dye some Easter eggs this year. Didn't get too creative though.

My cutie pie!!!

Check it out!!

Look what the Easter Bunny has left. A new movie "UP", undies for potty training and some jelly beans. Perfect!!!
Time to dig in.
Playing with his funny faces egg.
Taylor made the kids homemade chocolate bunnies. Um, um, GOOD!!!

Sticky hands, sticky face and a whole lot of fun.

Chilling with Thomas and Spide watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

The Fun Things

Grandma came for a longer visit this time. As usual time went by super fast. My mom and I were busy tackling sewing projects and keeping busy with things to do with the kids. Here's a few of the things we did:
The life of a child

Keegan's and Grandma's first Idaho Steelheads game.

All pumped up and ready for some action. GO, GO, GO!!!

Waiting for the game to start and ready to enjoy our view being three rows back from center ice.

Wondering how many fights are going to be going on tonight?

The guy who works in the penalty box handed Keegan an Idaho Steelheads Authenticated Puck. Sweet deal!!!

The whole gang, ready for some fun!!

Peek-a-bo

Ready... 1-2-3 Weeeeeee

The chair for the computer wasn't in the right place, so Keegan decided he would go get his own chair to play his computer game.

Naptime or should I say trying to nap. Kind of hard to do with Keegan doing hurdles over your back.

Just like dad!!!

Daddy's little helper.

Bound and determined to figure it all out!!!

Future Olympian

Keegan cheering on the Canadian Women after they defeated the USA for the Gold in hockey. What a great game!! The men's Gold medal game was also TERRIFIC!!

Goalie, maybe?

Um or maybe summer Olympics in a shooting event?

Thanks Kaminski Family for the awesome Canadian Hockey Gear. Not sure who loves it more Keegan or Mom. I'm guessing Mom right now. Hopefully next year we will be able to start molding him into a hockey STAR!!

Shades

The weather is starting to get nicer and nicer these days. Keegan got a pair of sunglasses for his birthday and has been strutting his stuff wearing them. Unfortunately, I am still getting used to my camera and these pictures for whatever reason are a little dark and doesn't do them justice.

Shortly afer the pictures were taken the glasses were broken. Mom put good ole duck tape to the test and they have been mended.
