Silver City Here We Come!!

The final weekend we had Kayla for the summer, we headed back up to Silver City. Kayla was looking forward to four wheeling and fishing. Our little family was able to go up a few days early with Matt, Beth and Grace arriving early Saturday afternoon. The weather was a little on the chillier side this trip, but nothing that a wood burning stove and warm clothing couldn't fix. We went four wheeling on Friday for the morning to take a trip up to the Summit for cell phone service then back down to go fishing. I am not certain that we are meant to fish. We certainly try hard, but hardly catch anything. I guess better luck next year. Either way we all still had fun doing it.

On Saturday, some of the Ineck family were up in Silver City to help celebrate Louisa's birthday on Sunday. We had a Huge BBQ of steaks over at the Meat House. How fitting!! Happy Birthday Louisa!!

Brad was husking corn for dinner that night. Keegan and Grace watched in amazement. As soon as Brad got done husking the first corn, Keegan stole it out of the pot to eat it. He LOVES corn on the cob!!

Screaming Deals

So the big thing with couponing is showing a post of all of the great deals you got. So here it is folks: 5 ALL detergents, 4 Degree Deodorants, 3 Suave Deodorants, 8 Peanut Butters, 3 Betty Crocker Cookie Packets, 4 Boxes of Brownies, 4 Knorr Pasta Sides, 3 Ragu Sauces, 2 Macaroni Grill Dinners, 8 Vaseline Lotions, 6 Suave Body Washes, 6 Suave Shampoo & Conditioners, 2 packs of Pens and a tub of margarine. Um, I think that's it. All for $32.66, with a savings of $178.71. What a SCREAMING DEAL!! Plus I still have $15.00 in Albies Catalina's left. Woot, Woot!!

Anderson Ranch Camping

Our family took a little camping trip past Anderson Ranch with the Histand family. It was a great trip. However, since we don't have a family sized tent yet, we used out two pup tents for a girls (Me and Kayla) tent and a boys (Brad and Keegan) tent. I wonder who got more sleep?? The weekend was spent fishing and sitting in the river, watching the kids play in the dirt and sitting around the camp fire making smores. Yummy!! We had great weather for the trip.
